The Junior competitions are played on Saturday at locations across Canberra.

The games are modified rules, limited contact and on smaller grounds. We don't keep score and players get to spend time in each zone (backs, forwards and midfield).

Players should bring their mouthguard, water bottle and footy boots.
Important: If your child has a preference for teammates and/or coaches, you must include this at registration.
We will do our best to accommodate requests made after registration, but we cannot guarantee this.

In this age group players start to learn more about positions. There are modified rules, moderate contact, junior size grounds and we don't keep score.

This is the first age group to play competitive football. There are slight modifications to the rules; full contact, junior size grounds and scores are kept.
